Pilates conditions the body without punishing the body. It involves a series of exercises that intensely concentrate on your abdominal muscles, legs and hips, helping you to form a beautiful body. Create long, lean, toned muscles.
You'll finish feeling physically and emotionally refreshed.
Bring with you 2, 3, or 4 pound
weights. New 6 week session.
You pick the 2x you want to come. If you can only participate in the Sunday class,
you pay as you go. Extra
classes can be taken and paid for at
the end of the six weeks.
